Hi Y'all Just a little side note to my collage classes.... If you have taken my classes before and want to do your own design, or even if you haven?t, I can help you get started with that. Just get your supplies here, sign up for class and let me know you'll be doing your own creation I'm here to help! Don'tforget to bring your IMAGINATION and have lots of FUN!!

Huggable Quilts for Kids is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making quilts for children in need. If you have some spare time and would like to volunteer, please join us and put a smile on a child's face. Everything is provided through donations for you to make these gifts of love. The group meets on the fourth Saturday of the month.

Sharon Ralph a Judy Niemeyer Certified Instructor will teach you how to make this beautiful 57? x 57? wall hanging or throw in just 4 classes. Star of Fire is constructed using four distinct sections. This quilt will make a statement in any home. It is a limited pattern so if you want to make this quilt now is the time to purchase the pattern and fabric. When you finish this quilt you will be able to do many other Quiltworx patterns. This is a great project for those cool winter days.

Licorice Rope was designed as a beginner pattern to introduce quilters to paper piecing. The project is quick, uses only one foundation block, employs simple cutting techniques, and is an affordable and fun way to jump into your first paper piecing project. It is meant to make those new to the process find confidence, understanding, and success. The pattern will make a 67? X 67? quilt and there are extra papers in the pattern so you could make an 80? X 80?. You can purchase pre-cut strip sets to make it easier. When you get the pattern you will see on pages 3-4 the number of strip sets you need to make the size quilt you want. Let?s think about those cool December days when making this Poinsettia table topper. A sewing technique called foundation paper piecing is used to assemble the units required to make this quilt. Curved piecing is used to join the units after the foundation piecing is completed. You will learn all about smart corners, floating points, cutting and stacking techniques, TRP lines, and design elements. This is a fun quick little project to do while learning many new skills. When finished you will have a beautiful gift for someone very special or keep it.
